Personalized items supplied by Customer

When you bring in a personal item to be personalized, we are not responsible for any damage done to a product during the decoration process.  We take every step to protect your item.

During the personalization process, there is always a risk for damage caused by the machinery, for example, if a needle breaks and causes a hole in your supplied shirt, we are not responsible for replacing that original item. When we take in your item to be personalized, we will ask you to review and sign this form.


Unless stated in a quote, all prices include shipping and handling. If there is an extra charge for shipping you will be made aware of it prior to order being submitted. For any orders that are submitted via our web stores, shipping costs are indicated on the order form when checking out.

Sizing of items

We do offer a sample program that enables your organization to avoid sizing issues. Please check out the details of that program here. If you have a question about sizing, please contact us and we can provide more information about sizing and sizing charts when available. We are not responsible for sizing issues or incorrect sizes ordered.

Order correctness

We take every effort to ensure your order is correct. We cross-check every order against your supplied order form to ensure accuracy. If you do not receive the correct size and quantity that was ordered, we will promptly take care of it. If you ordered incorrectly, then we will work with you to resolve this issue quickly by creating a new order.


If the item is damaged or defective and has not been worn then please contact us and we will address the situation promptly. Exchanges are allowed if it was our error and the item has not been worn and still new with tags on it. In those cases, we will exchange the exact item that was incorrect. Personalized items can not be returned.
