Personalized items supplied by Customer
When you bring in a personal item to be personalized. We take every step to protect your item. During the personalization process, there is always a risk for damage caused by the machinery, for example, if a needle breaks and causes a hole in your supplied shirt, we are not responsible for replacing that original item. When we take in your item to be personalized, we will ask you to review and sign this form. We are not responsible for any damage done to a product during the decoration process.
Sizing of items
We do offer a sample program that enables your organization to avoid sizing issues. Please check out the details of that program here. If you have a question about sizing, please contact us and we can provide more information about sizing and sizing charts when available. We are not responsible for sizing issues or incorrect sizes ordered. Please read our Exchange policy below.
We take every effort to ensure your order is correct. We cross-check every order against your supplied order form to ensure accuracy. If you do not receive the correct size and quantity that was ordered, we will promptly take care of it. If you ordered incorrectly, then we will work with you to resolve this issue quickly by creating a new order.
Orders not picked up
Any item that is completed and requested to be picked up in person at our location will be made available in the customer drop off/pickup box in front of the shop. Any item left in this pickup box for more than 1 month will be removed and stored in our locked facility for up to 2 months. After 3 months, we can not be responsible to hold it and it is subjected to removal unless you call and make arrangements.
Returns or exchanges are NOT ACCEPTED as a general policy. Any item that has been personalized such as a custom shirt with logo, group name or personal name on the back is considered a personalized item that was created just for both your individual group as well as for you in particular. Therefore it is not an item that we can easily take back into stock and sell it to someone else. There are some exceptions to this, contact us if you have questions or concerns.
Our goal is to make doing business with us as easy as possible. To that end we have a few automated forms to help you communicate specifics that help facilitate your order.

We make every effort to display the products and other images on our site as accurately as possible. However, since we cannot control the capabilities and limitations of the device you are using to view our website, we do not guarantee that the color, texture or detail of any actual merchandise will match what is shown on your device.
Due to the many variations in devices, monitors and web browsers, color samples may appear different from each device and program used to view our website. With this constraint in mind, we do NOT guarantee our online colors will look the same on all devices and therefore we do not guarantee that what you see accurately portrays the color of the end item purchased.
In order to complete an order there may be instances where the manufacturer does not have enough stock or the item has been discontinued to fulfill the complete quantity needed. In these cases we reserve the right to substitute a product(s) of equal or greater value item.
